Shantanu Dhar, MBA, serves as Lead Digital focus for Dalya Partners. Shantanu has 20+ years of industry and consulting experience in life sciences, specifically biopharma and medical devices. He brings deep functional expertise and hands-on experience in product and process development, regulatory compliance, supply chain management, and the application of digital transformation to these domains.

Shantanu has led global teams implementing process change and automation for leading biopharma companies in the US, EU, and Japan. His recent engagements include CDMO strategy for cell and gene therapy manufacturing, end-to-end transformation of product engineering for a medical devices company and implementation of a regulatory information management system for large biopharma.

Shantanu received his BS in Chemical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science in India and his MSIE and MBA degrees from the University of Michigan.
